6 Upcoming TV Shows to Get Excited About

We’ve reached the dog days of summer, and there’s no better time to take a break from the heat and settle in with a good TV show. It’s that time when TV shows start to come out of hibernation.

Here’s a guide to what we’re looking forward to over the next few months — new seasons, new shows, and old favorites returning from their winter breaks on Apple TV. If you are not yet on Apple Tv, get started today to qualify for the Apple TV+ Free Trial to enjoy your favorite shows.

The following shows will entertain you through summer and beyond, from comedies to dramas.

When we last saw Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor) in “Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith,” he was cast out by a vengeful Darth Vader left for dead on a desert planet. More than two decades later, he’s back — and living under the radar as a hermit on Tatooine. In this animated series from Lucasfilm Animation, we’ll learn about how Obi-Wan survived those years alone in exile and what happened when he finally returned to civilization.

Love, Death & Robots Volume 3

The third installment of this anthology series is coming this February.

LOVE, DEATH & ROBOTS is an anthology series that explores a wide variety of topics from romance to horror. The show first premiered back in 2020 and has become one of the most popular shows on Netflix. Each season has ten episodes, with each episode being a different story focused on robots and their interactions with humans.

The first two seasons have been well received by critics and fans alike, so it is no surprise that Netflix has decided to greenlight another season. The only difference between this season and the previous two is that there will be ten episodes instead of twenty. However, that shouldn’t matter too much since they’re still going to be just as good as before.

Hacks season 2

Hack’s season 2 will be released on May 14, 2022.

The show was renewed for a second season after the first season aired in October 2016, and it will be back with more episodes in May of next year.

Hacks is a dark comedy about two hackers who get recruited by the government to help them fight against cybercrime. It stars Rami Malek and Josh Lawson as the two main characters, also partners in crime. The show was created by Sam Esmail (Mr. Robot), so it has that same dark feel to it that we saw with his other show.

If you like shows about hacking and technology, you should check them out when it comes out.

The series has been renewed for a second season, but there’s no word yet if there will be any new cast members or storylines introduced when it comes back next year.

Stranger things

Stranger Things Season 4 is the fourth season of the science fiction-horror series Stranger Things, created, written, and directed by the Duffer Brothers. The season was released on July 4, 2022.

The fourth season sees Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) returning to Hawkins after his disappearance in the previous season. Meanwhile, Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder) is grieving for her lost son and tries to find him again. However, she also encounters a mysterious new girl who claims that Will is still alive, and she is determined to bring him back home safely.

The Boys Season 3

One of the anticipated TV shows of 2022 is The Boys Season 3. The Tv show is based on the comic book series of the same name, created by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson.

The Boys Season 3 will be set in a world where superheroes exist. However, instead of being heroes, they are more like villains who abuse their powers for their gain.

The main character of The Boys is a superhero named Billy Butcher, who works for a secret organization called Vought International that keeps an eye on these guys and makes sure they don’t get out of hand.

The first season started with Billy and his team tracking down a group of people planning to kill the president. But things got complicated.

The second season saw Billy facing off against The Seven, an elite group of superheroes hired by Vought International to take down his team. Now it’s time for season three to see our heroes facing off against The Seven again.

This show is based on the comic book series of the same name. Ms. Marvel is about a Muslim teenager named Kamala Khan (played by actress Zoë Khan) who becomes a superhero after discovering she has superpowers. The show will follow Kamala as she learns to embrace her powers while also trying to juggle school and family life in New Jersey.

This is one of those shows people have been waiting for since it was announced. The idea of a Muslim superhero has always been exciting because it could be groundbreaking, especially on network television. Plus, this show looks like it will be funny as hell!
